Have an understanding of crew leader’s daily expected goals
Manages shift time in accordance with Crew Leader
Inform supervisors of material needs
Make sure all safety procedures are followed
Report any unsafe work areas, project delays, employee conflicts, hazards, material shortages and equipment problems to supervisor immediately
