- Know the proper application technique for all the product lines used by your division
- Have an understanding of crew leader’s daily expected goals
- Manages shift time in accordance with Crew Leader
- Inform supervisors of material needs
- Make sure all safety procedures are followed
- Report any unsafe work areas, project delays, employee conflicts, hazards, material shortages and equipment problems to supervisor immediately
